No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 106 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures. <br /> OBSERVATION: At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated (not necessarily documented)that <br /> employees who handle hazardous waste were properly trained. Several hazardous waste containers were open <br /> and incompletely labeled. The secondary containment for the used oil tanks were observed full of oily absorbent. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees.
