The report is to show the- <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities including the results of all <br /> investigations completed to date, <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of Investigation, <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, schedules for the completion <br /> of the investigation of the site and remediation, <br /> -method and location of disposal of the released hazardous substance and any <br /> contaminated soil, groundwater or surface water, <br /> -manifest required for transport of hazardous substances, <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater elevation, pH, conductivity, <br /> gradient; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling, and <br /> -site map showing the "zero line" of contamination, if known, and changes in <br /> the above measurements over the last quarter <br /> RECEiVEU ,�)i� 2 -1 1993 <br /> A Division of Ssn Joaquin[ounry Hc:dth 4-are 1cMccs <br />
