Hunter & Associates <br /> August, 1993 <br /> P <br /> This report has been prepared to describe the results of work <br /> done in placing four (4) groundwater monitoring wells on the <br /> property to assess the extent of contamination caused by a <br /> removed 10,000 gallon UST which had contained gasoline. Prior <br /> work conducted on the site, including additional excavation and <br /> the placing of five (5) soil borings, indicated that contamina- <br /> tion had extended below recent high groundwater levels, and may <br /> have impacted the water table beneath the site. <br /> Sampling and testing of both soil & water obtained from those <br /> monitoring wells confirms that the groundwater has been degraded <br /> . due to leakage from the removed UST. This report covers the work <br /> done to date at this location, including details of groundwater <br /> depth measurements and sampling. <br /> PRQ=TY LOCATION AND USE <br /> The property is located near the end of Shaw Road, a deadend <br /> frontage road parallel and adjacent to Highway 99 on the east. <br /> The only access is from Fremont Street, to the south of the <br /> property. The site is used as an office and warehouse for <br /> servicing catering trucks owned by the company.
