With 18 to 24 hours after completion , each well will be <br /> developed by swabbing with a hard rubber disc or suitable device <br /> for at least 15 minutes, or as directed by County EHD personel . <br /> Fluids removed will be placed in properly labeled drums and <br /> securely sealed for storage on location. Disposal of the con- <br /> tents will depend of the results of laboratory analysis. The <br /> County EHD office will be notified prior to commencement of <br /> operations. <br /> 9. As soon as practical after development, the static water <br /> level in each well will be measured by a suitable electrical <br /> interface probe device, using the notched casing as a reference. <br /> A minimum of 3 casing volumes of water will be purged from each <br /> well using properly cleaned equipment. Removed fluids will be <br /> placed in suitable containers, properly identified , and stared on <br /> site for later disposal . Resistivity, temperature, and pH will <br /> be measured & recorded during purging, which will continue until <br /> well bore conditions stabilize. <br />• its. Water samples will be obtained by use of a clean teflon <br /> bailer or other suitable device, placed in clean glass vials, and <br /> preserved for shipment. They will be delivered to FGL laboratory <br /> under proper chain of custody with instructions to test for BTEX <br /> & TFH-G, using methods and detection limits as specified by the <br /> San Joaquin County EHD. That office will be notified prior to <br /> beginning operations so that County EHD personel can be present <br /> if necessary. <br /> The above work will be under the direction of a Registered <br /> Geologist from Wm. J. Hunter & Associates, and necessary field <br /> operations will be directly supervised as required. Countv EHD <br /> personel will be advised of commencement of each phase of the <br /> work , to allow field inspections as needed.
