I , 24 April 2002 AGE-NC Project No 99-0612 Page 2 of 2 On 09 Apnl 2002, an AGE representative conducted a search of the EHD for records of septic systems orpermits for wells located on the site property Three permits were located for the subject ' property 04 May 1988 a permit was approved for a repair/addition to existing septic tank, 04 April 1994 a permit was approved for five soil bonngs on site in area of former UST, 21 May 1999 a permit was approved for installation of two monitoring wells on site Copies of the EHD permits are Iincluded in Appendix B On 26 March 2002,an AGE representative performed an area reconnaissance for visually observable potential sensitive receptors located within a 2,000-foot radius of the subject site Ten additional water wells were identified during the reconnaissance(Figure 1),seven wells were monitoring wells located at 1648 Shaw Road Also located within 1,200 feet of the site is Stockton Diverting Canal ' This waterway is not lined by any means and could potentially affect ground water at or near the site Ori 12 April 2002 , Mr Claude Bell of California Water Service Company (Cal-Water) was contacted by an AGE representative According to Mr Bell,drinking water in the area of the site is currently supplied and maintained by Cal-Water During the telephone conversation, Mr Bell confirmed that there is one active municipal well located 3,500-feet from the site Available well information is indicated in Table 1 I On 03 April 2002, Ms Julia Allen of City of Stockton Public Works was contacted by an AGE representative According to Ms Allen,the City of Stockton does not have a sewer system in the site area If you have any questions or require further information,please contact our office at(209)467-1006 r Sincerely, 1 Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc I y 96� stopher R Miller Environmental Specialist Enclosures 1 Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc 1
