Hunter & Associates FINYIRO M S � CESLTH <br /> October, 1994 pER <br /> PURPOSE OF REPORT <br /> This report has been prepared to describe the results of work <br /> done in placing three (3) groundwater monitoring wells on the <br /> property to further define the extent of contamination caused by <br /> a removed 10,000 gallon UST which had contained gasoline. Prior <br /> work conducted on the site, including additional excavation, the <br /> placing of five (5) soil boxings, and the installation of four <br /> (4) groundwater monitoring wells, revealed that contamination had <br /> extended below recent high groundwater levels, and has impacted <br /> the water table beneath the site. Four monitoring events since <br /> the placement of the wells show that the lateral limits of the <br /> groundwater contamination have not been determined, and addi- <br /> 07 tional investigative work is required. <br /> PROPERTY LOQATION AND USE <br /> The property is located near the end of Shaw Road, a deadend <br /> frontage road parallel and adjacent to Highway 99 on the east. <br /> The only access is from Fremont Street, to the south of the <br /> property.
