Advancers _ <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. <br /> 24 April 2002 - <br /> AGE-NC Pxoject No 99-0612 <br /> Mr Eric Muehlberger <br /> Apphed Earth Sciences <br /> 2013 Wells Branch Parkway, State 206 <br /> Austin, TX 78728 <br /> _Subject Sensitive Receptor Survey, <br /> FORMER CANTEEN CORPORATION FACILITY <br /> 1500 Shaw Road, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr-Muehlbe`rger <br /> At your request,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc (AGE)has conducted a sensitive receptor survey <br /> as part of the initial site characterization requirements under the California Code of Regulations - <br /> Title 23,Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the site located at 1500 Shaw Road, Stockton, <br /> California (the site) Enclosed are additional copies of the report for your subnuttal-to the San <br /> Joaquin.County Environmental Health Department(EHD)and to the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Controi,Board (CVRWQCB) The objective of the survey was to identify and locate <br /> sensitive receptors,including wells and other vertical conduits,potentially affected by a UST release <br /> The scope of work included 1) reviewing State of Califorma Department of Water Resources <br /> records and-EHD records; 2) conducting a visual area reconnaissance for municipal, domestic, <br /> irrigation or ground water monitoring weds within a 2,000-foot radius of the site as well as septic <br /> systems located on the site and 3) contacting local utility service companies to confirm water and <br /> sewer service in the area of the siteand locations ofmumcipal wells The location of the site and the <br /> immediately-sUrroun.ding area are illustrated on Figure 1 .Site structures are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> On 26 March 2002, an AGE representative reviewed well drillers' reports at the California <br /> Department of Water Resources-Central District for water wells located within a 2,000-foot radius <br /> of the site,records for 4 water wells were identified Copies of the well do 1ler's reports are included <br /> in Appendix A, a summary of water wells located from the review_of well drrller's reports ns <br /> included in Table 1, locations of the wells are depicted on Figure 1, <br /> 837 Shaw Road., Seockcon, California 95225 <br /> Telephone (209) 467-1006 FAX(209) 467-ill S <br />
