Advancers _ GeoEnvironmental, Inc. 24 April 2002 - AGE-NC Pxoject No 99-0612 Mr Eric Muehlberger Apphed Earth Sciences 2013 Wells Branch Parkway, State 206 Austin, TX 78728 _Subject Sensitive Receptor Survey, FORMER CANTEEN CORPORATION FACILITY 1500 Shaw Road, Stockton, California Dear Mr-Muehlbe`rger At your request,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc (AGE)has conducted a sensitive receptor survey as part of the initial site characterization requirements under the California Code of Regulations - Title 23,Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the site located at 1500 Shaw Road, Stockton, California (the site) Enclosed are additional copies of the report for your subnuttal-to the San Joaquin.County Environmental Health Department(EHD)and to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Controi,Board (CVRWQCB) The objective of the survey was to identify and locate sensitive receptors,including wells and other vertical conduits,potentially affected by a UST release The scope of work included 1) reviewing State of Califorma Department of Water Resources records and-EHD records; 2) conducting a visual area reconnaissance for municipal, domestic, irrigation or ground water monitoring weds within a 2,000-foot radius of the site as well as septic systems located on the site and 3) contacting local utility service companies to confirm water and sewer service in the area of the siteand locations ofmumcipal wells The location of the site and the immediately-sUrroun.ding area are illustrated on Figure 1 .Site structures are depicted on Figure 2 On 26 March 2002, an AGE representative reviewed well drillers' reports at the California Department of Water Resources-Central District for water wells located within a 2,000-foot radius of the site,records for 4 water wells were identified Copies of the well do 1ler's reports are included in Appendix A, a summary of water wells located from the review_of well drrller's reports ns included in Table 1, locations of the wells are depicted on Figure 1, 837 Shaw Road., Seockcon, California 95225 Telephone (209) 467-1006 FAX(209) 467-ill S
