S 11�1N J OAQ UI I N Environmental Health Department <br /> C0UNTY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> RIVER POINT LANDING MARINA-RESORT 4950 BUCKLEY COVE WAY, STOCKTON February 06, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing oily water had a hazardous waste label where the physical state, <br /> hazardous property, contents, accumulation start date, and name and address of the generator were faded. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily/diesel/gasoline debris had a hazardous waste label that had <br /> incomplete contents. The accumulation start date and hazardous property were also faded. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The labels were corrected during the inspection. No further action is required to correct <br /> this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by March 7, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
