IT MAK) <br /> STK Training Roster <br /> A hazardous waste manifest must accompany most hazardous waste that is shipped off site. <br /> The Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest is the shipping document that travels with hazardous <br /> waste from the point of generation, through transportation, to the final treatment, storage, and <br /> disposal facility (TSDF). Each party in the chain of shipping, including the generator, signs <br /> and keeps one of the manifest copies, creating a "cradle-to-grave"tracking of the hazardous <br /> waste. Identification (ID) numbers are needed by all parties on the manifest. <br /> Once a destination has received the shipment(s) of waste the"destination to generator copy <br /> of the uniform manifests are mailed to the generator completing the cycle and allowing the <br /> generator to maintain appropriate records for a three year period. <br /> Please make sure that when receiving mail with uniform manifest that the manifests <br /> are immediately provided to the EHS Manger for tracking and record keeping purposes <br /> Instrucic,r.
