In accordance with the CUPA notification (included in PDF report), the testing took place <br /> 9/18/2019 and 9/19/2019. Testing was conducted to both satisfy the 6-month repair testing related to the <br /> permitted sump entry fitting work, UDC work, and piping work as well as to satisfy the triennial testing that <br /> came due and lapsed during the repair project itself.
