Could you please look
them over and let me know if everything looks okay? I spoke with Water Development about the well
construction methodology and was told that all sand packs and seals would be tremied in place. At
present we are planning on collecting soil samples for lithology at 10-foot intervals starting at around
20 feet and continuing to the bottom of the hole. We are currently planning to set the water sampling
ports at 75, 95, 115, 135, 155, and 195 feet below ground surface although the final depths will be
determined in the field based on lithology.
I have also included a copy of our work plan and the approval letter from Kim Schwab with the
RWQCB. As I stated on the telephone her only comments concerned our proposed laboratory
methodologies. Representatives from our company (The Source Group) and CRA have been in
contact with her and we have agreed to incorporate the modified methodologies into the proposed
work plan.
If everything looks all right I will send out hard copies and a check tonight.
Thanks again for you help.
Dave
