Leachate Monitoring <br /> All Class 11 surface impoundments leachate collection and removal system(LCRS) sumps <br /> shall be inspected daily for leachate generation during the period 1 December through 30 <br /> April, and weekly thereafter. Upon detection of leachate in a previously dry LCRS, the <br /> Discharger shall immediately sample the leachate and shall continue to sample the leachate <br /> as specified in Table 3 below and the results shall be reported to the Regional Board <br /> quarterly. The quantity of leachate pumped from each sump shall be measured continuously <br /> and reported as Leachate Flow Rate. <br />
