REPORTING REQUIREMENTS The Discharger shall report monitoring data and information as required in the Monitoring and Reporting Program and as required in the Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements. Reports that do not comply with the required format will be REJECTED and the Discharger shall be deemed to be in noncompliance with these WDRs. In reporting the monitoring data required by this program, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the data, the constituents, the concentrations, and the units are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner so as to illustrate clearly the compliance with the WDRs or lack thereof. A short discussion of the monitoring results, including notations of any water quality violations, shall precede the tabular summaries. Quarterly and annual monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the first day of the second month following the calendar quarter in which the samples were taken and/or observations made. An annual report containing tabular and graphical summaries of historical and current monitoring data shall be submitted to the Regional Board by 1 February of each year. Graphs for the same constituent shall be plotted at the same scale to facilitate visual comparison of the monitoring data. The report shall evaluate chemical trends in monitoring wells and discuss necessary improvements to the monitoring network. The report shall include a discussion of the progress toward re-establishment of compliance with the WDRs and the water quality protection standards. The report shall also contain a summary of the quantity, types and sources of all materials discharged to the waste management units.
