SITE HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN <br /> 1.0 PURPOSE <br /> This site Health and Safety Plan outlines the health and safety procedures that shall be followed <br /> during field work conducted at the site. The observance and practice of the procedures in this <br /> Plan are mandatory for all Geomatrix employees at the site. All subcontractors shall be made <br /> aware of the requirements of this Plan; however, subcontractors are responsible for the health <br /> and safety of their own employees and for following all applicable federal, state, and local regu- <br /> lations. In addition, Geomatrix employees and subcontractors will comply with Simplot's health <br /> and safety procedures as summarized in Appendix C of the Detection Monitoring Program Work <br /> Plan. <br /> This Plan has been reviewed by the Project Manager and Project Health and Safety Officer. <br /> Prior to entering the site, Geomatrix personnel shall read this Plan and be familiar with health <br /> and safety procedures required when working on site.
