Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> a. A test well will be required to meet the <br /> following: <br /> 1 . Water quality tested to meet Title 22 , CCR <br /> (Safe Drinking Water Act) , regtiirements . <br /> 2 . Water quantity tested to show an adequate <br /> source. <br /> 3 . Results approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and County Public Works prior to <br /> final approval of improvement plans . <br /> 4 . Obtain all required permits .. <br /> 2 . This proposed division of land shall. meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> percolation test, 10 foot soil profile, and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Envirmental Health Division approval .
