V <br /> 2 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a . A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of <br /> any excavation or filling of earth material. <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U. B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (1 ) . <br /> c . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plans. <br /> f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit. <br /> 3 . Local Health District: <br /> a. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . <br /> Percolation tests are required on all 12 lots, and a mini- <br /> mum sewage disposal area is required for Local Health <br /> District approval . A permit for the percolation tests <br /> from the Health District is required. <br /> b. Soil profile tests on Lots No. 2 and 7 are required to a <br /> depth of ten feet. <br /> c. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Local Health District, <br /> for each parcel. <br /> 4 . Pacific Gas and Electric Comoanv: <br /> a. Ten-foot-wide utility easements along all street frontages <br /> shall be dedicated on the Final Map. <br /> b. Relocation or rearrangement of the existing pole line <br /> along Lots No. 1, 2 , and 3 shall be at the developer ' s <br /> expense. <br /> SU-87-21 -3- RES. 87- <br />
