Ruth Court, Tracy, said he was not <br /> really for or against the proposal, but was concerned over drainage. <br /> He asked which way the property would be graded and which way the <br /> water would go. He did not appear to be in opposition to a cul-de- <br /> sac. <br /> Mr. Lopez , speaking on behalf of Public Works, said that there has <br /> ')een nothing to show the drainage or the water table; and that the <br /> Department of Public Works cannot make a proper evaluation of that <br /> situation. <br /> Jane Cochrane, South Koster Road, owner of property adjacent to the <br /> `M _,or`° property, said she has applied for a Minor Subdivision and was <br /> concerned over circulation. She indicated that if a loop street were <br /> required, she would withdraw her application. <br /> REBUTTAL: Dennis Wilson said that he would like to be able to drain <br /> the entire subdivision similar to the Altamirano Terrace Subdivision, <br /> which was drained on individual parcels, and sloping drainage away <br /> from Edna Court.
