Baracco- a t ;t-(�aT <br /> Tracy Joint Orion Kph School The proposed subdivision is located within the boundaries of <br /> Diem Bard of Ifusi the Tracy Joint Union High, School District . The district' s <br /> Cloyce Brooksher school facilities are presently overcrowded, and the <br /> Mark Connolly district has yet to receive any funding from the State for <br /> Terry Donich,PhD additional school facilities . <br /> Marc Marchva <br /> H.Walter PeDPer.M D. Development associated with this subdivision will be <br /> accompanied by the charging of the AB2926 developer fee . It <br /> should be stressed, however , that this small fee is <br /> inadequate to provide the necessary school facilities that <br /> will be needed to service continued residential <br /> development, such as this, within the district' s boundaries . <br /> The City of Tracy has recently addressed this concern in <br /> cooperation with the school district by requiring the <br /> establishment of a Mello-Roos Community Facilities District <br /> (CFD) . This district establishes a tax revenue base for the <br /> school district which will be adequate to ensure that <br /> revenues will exist to finance school facilities if State <br /> funding does not become available when needed. <br /> We would request that the County require that the <br /> subdivision be annexed to the CFD in formation within the <br /> City of Tracy boundaries to ensure the same level of <br /> adequate financing of school facilities . <br /> If any further information is required concerning this <br /> request please contact me at your convenience . <br /> Thank you for your help and cooperation . <br /> Robin T.
