Toxics : <br /> 1 . The chemical contamination on the Lodi Linds Airport <br /> Property has not been fully characterized rather than <br /> not documented as stated in the NOP. The consultant <br /> should obtain a copy of the 1989 Bond Expenditure Plan <br /> for reference . <br /> 2 . The department of Health Services should be contacted <br /> on whether a hazardous waste border--one determination <br /> needs to be made as provided for in Article 11 , Section <br /> 25221 , California Health and Safety Code , <br /> 3 . The San Joaquin Local Health District may recommend <br /> that monitoring wells be installed between contaminated <br /> site and the public water wells . <br /> B. Land Use : <br /> 1 . A study should be made to determine that water will <br /> meet Title 22 , California Code of Regulations , <br /> standards and that the quantity is adequate to serve <br /> .• the subdivision . The Health District may recommend a <br /> e public water system be provided if the area is impacted <br /> by toxics , if the water does not meet Title 22 <br /> standards , or the lot sizes are less than two acres in <br /> size . <br /> 2 . The suitability of the area soil for septic tank usage <br /> should be determined . <br /> 3 . The size of this project appears to be growth inducing . <br /> The State Department of Health Services and the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board should be contacted <br /> regarding the ER. <br /> Any questions concerning Health District matters should be <br /> referred to Laurie Cotulla, Supervising REHS, for Toxics and Fred <br /> Kaufman, REHS, for Land Use. <br /> .; �> <br />
