The building is to meet State Department of Agriculture <br /> requirements, and a license to operate must be obtained <br /> from them. <br /> 4 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> ( 1 ) The proposed use will change the occupancy from an <br /> Accessory Structure (M) occupancy to a Slaughter House <br /> (B-2 ) occupancy (U.B.C . Section 502 ) . The structure <br /> must be brought into compliance with all current code <br /> provisions, including structural , plumbing, mechani- <br /> cal , electrical , energy, and handicap requirements. <br /> ( 2 ) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C .A.C . , Title 24) . <br /> b. The Development Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> ( 1 ) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space (s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C .A.C . , Title 24) . <br /> (2 ) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) ; <br /> include a "tow away" sign at each entrance , or it must <br /> be visible from each space (C.A.C . , Title 24) . <br /> ( 3 ) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C .A.C . , Title 24) . <br /> c . This use does not qualify for a home occupation because <br /> the use changes the occupancy from an Accessory Structure <br /> (M) occupancy to a Slaughter House (B-2 ) occupancy. <br />
