COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> UP-89-24 <br /> Jj <br /> 2 . <br /> The frontage improvements for Larch Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 60-foot right-of-way urban street . The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred at the option of the <br /> Department of Public Works , in which event the owner shall <br /> execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Aqreement prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan ( A $250. 00 fee is required <br /> for processing per Ord . No . 3337 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an engineer ' s estimate with a copy of the <br /> required frontage improvements on a form to be supplied by <br /> the Public Words Departme -it . ) <br /> 3 .
