Specifically, the <br /> revised site plan should incorporate the following issues: <br /> 1. The site plan should be scaled to show that there is <br /> adequate area to accommodate the leach field and 100% <br /> expansion area in addition to the drainage area. Public <br /> Health Services should be contacted directly regarding <br /> the required specifications. <br /> 2 . The Department of Public Works has indicated that due to <br /> the high water table in this area, a drainage basin may <br /> not be possible. Please contact the Department of Public <br /> Works on this issue and illustrate on the revised site <br /> plan how storm drainage will be accommodated. <br /> 3 . The Uniform Fire Code requires a 20-foot-wide access to <br /> the back of the proposed building. The site plan should <br /> be revised accordingly. <br />
