STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> MA-88-3 <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1 . The mobilehome shall be occupied by not more than two <br /> adults , one of whom must be sixty ( 60 ) years of age or <br /> older , or one of whom is infirm and under doctor' s orders to <br /> be under close and watchful attention . <br /> 2 . No permanent room additions are allowed . <br /> 3 . Skirting constructed of the same materials as the mobilehome <br /> shall be installed . <br /> 4 . The mobilehome cannot be rented or leased . <br /> 5 . The mobilehome shall be removed if the property is rezoned <br /> to a zone not allowing the use or the property is annexed to <br /> a city and the city' s zoning does not allow the use . <br /> 6 . The mobilehome shall be constructed to meet the minimum <br /> standards of the National Manufactured Housing Construction <br /> and Safety Act of 1974 . <br /> 7 . The granting of an accessory mobilehome permit does not <br /> authorize the applicant or owner to override any valid C . C . <br /> & R. 's ( Covenants , Conditions , and Restrictions ) applicable <br /> to the property that would otherwise prohibit the use . <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> 1 . A mobilehome installation permit is required . <br /> NOTE: Accessory Mobilehome Permits are valid for a maximum of <br /> three years . Renewal requires a new application with a new <br /> fee . <br />
