ZONE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> CONGESTION: <br /> Due to the limited flow of daily traffic in and out of our present <br /> facility, we do not feel there would be any possibility of congestion, <br /> especially with the offstreet parking. <br /> CONSTRUCTION: <br /> The existing two homes would be removed, and a brand new office <br /> building would be constructed with more than ample parking offstreet . <br /> Boulevard grass and existing trees would remain intact as much as <br /> possible. <br /> NEIGHBORS : <br /> A door to door survey with the immediate neighbors in each direction <br /> has developed NO resistance to our proposal so far. We feel that this <br /> is mainly because our operation is low profile, and our proposed <br /> building will enhance and upgrade the values in the area. It is <br /> also very conducive to the climate of the Hammer Lane area. <br />
