.STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-93-64 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section 8- <br /> 1145.5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $2,882 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304, R-92-1025) . <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation <br /> or 15% at the time of renewal for mobilehome on temporary <br /> foundation. (The fee currently is $1, 142 .76 per single family <br /> dwelling unit. If there is no building permit required, the fee <br /> will be exempt. The shall be automatically increased on January 1 <br /> or each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 .5 percent <br /> shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) . <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on June 3 , 1996. Renewal will require <br /> a new application with a new fee. The new address for the <br /> second unit dwelling is 1758 South Gillis Road, Stockton 95321. <br />
