Located on the E. side of Golden Gate Ave. , 300' S. of Fremont St. , E. Stockton. (District 1) APPLICANT: Bill Mathis APN: 143-410-27 INFORMATION: The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. Golden Gate Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. RECOMMENDATION: 1. The new driveway shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, F-lc, & R-17 and the East Side Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) 2 . The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units (R.O.S.U. ) for sanitary sewer have been paid for the proposed development project prior to approval of the building permit application. (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 999.00 per multi family dwelling unit in the Stockton area.
