The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for Lopez Truck And Trailer Repair as of June24, 2020. <br />Open violations from December 10, 2019 inspection <br />Violation #403 - Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing <br />hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATIONt The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br />Outside in metal secondary container: <br />- One 55 gallon drum containing used oil lacked a lid <br />One 55 gallon drum containing oily liquid lacked a lid <br />- One 30 gallon drum of used oil lacked a lid <br />In the shop: <br />One blue 55 gallon drum of used oil lacked a lid <br />- One white 5 gallon container of used oil lacked a lid <br />- One grey 5 gallon container of used antifreeze lacked a lid <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br />storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br />when not adding or removing waste.
