The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for Lopez Truck And Trailer Repair as of June24, 2020. <br />Open violations from December 10, 2019 inspection <br />Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br />were: <br />Outside in metal secondary container: <br />One 55 gallon drum containing used oil lacked hazardous waste label <br />One 55 gallon drum containing oily liquid lacked hazardous waste label <br />One 30 gallon drum of used oil lacked a hazardous waste label <br />In the shop: <br />- One blue 55 gallon drum of used oil lacked a hazardous waste label <br />- One white 5 gallon container of used lacked a hazardous waste label <br />One grey 5 gallon container of used antifreeze lacked a hazardous waste label <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
