The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Lopez Truck And Trailer Repair as of March27, 2020. <br /> Open violations from December 10, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> Outside in metal secondary container: <br /> - One 55 gallon drum containing used oil lacked hazardous waste label <br /> -One 55 gallon drum containing oily liquid lacked hazardous waste label <br /> -One 30 gallon drum of used oil lacked a hazardous waste label <br /> In the shop: <br /> -One blue 55 gallon drum of used oil lacked a hazardous waste label <br /> -One white 5 gallon container of used lacked a hazardous waste label <br /> -One grey 5 gallon container of used antifreeze lacked a hazardous waste label <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
