Palmer, Consulting Hydrogeologist (CMP) has prepared this Monitoring Well Destruction Workplan for the Delta Disposal site at 99 61hStreet, I Tracy (Figure 1). This site received a "no further action" letter from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD)in August 2012. The .EHD will issue a Case Closure Letter once the existing monitoring wells have been properly destroyed and all onsite waste materials have been removed and properly disposed. This workplan has been prepared on behalf of the City of Tracy (City) and contains an outline of the proposed well destruction method. Wright Environmental Services, Inc. boring logs, monitoring well construction well details, and maps illustrating monitoring well locations are attached. Once the EHD has reviewed and approved the workplan the City will select the contractor for the well.destruction and submit well destruction permits to EHD.
