(Wright) and has the following comments. <br /> Please prepare and submit and addendum to the CSR that includes the following: <br /> 1. Calculations of contaminant mass remaining in both soil and groundwater. Detail how <br /> you determined the "rough estimates" presented in the CSR. <br /> 2. Presentation of documented contamination in well MW-3 (other than the chloroform <br /> and dichlorodifluoromethane present in all three wells) referred to in section 2.12. If <br /> there is no such documented contamination, please revise the report. <br /> 3. An evaluation of the potential threat of vapor intrusion from the remaining <br /> contamination. A professional opinion that there is no significant risk should be <br /> supported by a technical rationale based on the site specific conditions. <br /> The Addendum is due for submittal to the EHD no later than November 5, 2010.
