(GeoAudit) supervised backfill procedures <br /> for the excavation located at 1514 East Scotts Avenue in Stockton, California (the site). A <br /> loader was used to return the stockpiled soil to the excavation. Pea gravel was then imported <br /> to fill the excavation to surface grade. The loader and fill material were supplied by Bob <br /> Evans Trucking of Manteca. <br /> As stated in the Report on Overexcavation Procedures submitted by GeoAudit in June 1994, <br /> we recommend that the site be certified for closure.
