The application includes a site history, VES specifications, and <br /> analytical.results. A complete set of plans will be submitted to the City of Stockton Building, Planning <br /> and Fire Departments for review, comment, and approval prier to construction and installation of the <br /> VES and AS system. An application for installation of the proposed vapor extraction and air sparge <br /> wells will be submitted to PHSIEHD'. <br /> 63 Bid Package and Bid Evaluation <br /> Typically, after the design is;completed,a bid package is prepared for submittal to bid for installation of <br /> the proposed VES and AS system. The City of Stockton will send the bid packages to pre-qualified <br /> contractors, The City of Stockton has indicated that they likely will include Tasks 1 and 2 as part of <br /> the scope of work included in the bid package. Contractor bids will be evaluated and <br /> recommendations made for Award;of Contract. <br /> 6.4 Construction and Construction Inspection <br /> Following approval of the FRP* obtaining City Building, 'Fire and Planning Department permits, <br /> PHSCEHD well installation permits, and SJVUAPCD air permit to construct, systems dation in <br /> accordance with the approved Plans and ,Specifications will be initiated.
