PHS/EHD representatives Linda Turkatte, Mary Meays, and Steve <br /> Sasson were present. The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate progress and'to establish schedules for future i <br /> work at the above noted sites. <br /> i <br /> 22 East Market <br /> On April 8, 1996 a contract change order was issued for the sampling of the monitoring well and for <br /> well destruction, both activities necessary to obtain site closure. <br /> Fontana Drive at Smith Canal <br /> On April 8, 1996 a contract change order was issued for groundwater monitoring and free product <br /> removal. <br /> 110 West Sonora <br /> Groundwater monitoring will continue at this site. <br /> 2500 Navy Drive <br /> The additional investigation necessary to determine the extent of the residual contamination was <br /> discussed and a work plan to complete the investigation will be submitted. <br /> Argonne and Picardy/Victory Park <br /> The draft "Monitoring Well Destruction Workplan" was discussed. PHSIEHD indicated that it was i <br /> unnecessary to destroy MW1 by overdrilling. A permit application and $60 permit fee will be <br /> r <br /> submitted. Site closure will be issued once the well is destroyed. <br /> 1740 Houston Avenue <br /> The Twining Laboratories February 23, 1996 workplan was submitted to PHSIEHD during the April <br /> 16, 1996 meeting.
