Addendum to Work Plan November 7, 1988
Fire Engine Company No. 2, Stockton, California AGS 38009-1
be approximately 300 gallons. We propose to store the
ground water onsite temporarily in DOT 17--E drums
pending results of laboratory analyses. If the
analyses indicate that hydrocarbon contaminants are not
f present, the ground water will be discharged to the
sanitary sewer system. If contaminants are present in
concentrations unacceptable for discharge to the sani-
tary sewer, the water will be removed to an appropriate
disposal facility.
4) The minimum setback requirements for monitoring wells
specified by the San Joaquin Local Health District will
be observed.
5) If ground-water contamination is detected in samples
from the monitoring wells, periodic water--level
measurements and sampling activities specified by the
San Joaquin Local Health District will be performed.
Two copies of this Addendum should be forwarded to Ms. Dianne
Hinson of the San Joaquin Local Health District, 1601 East
Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205. We will proceed
with well installation immediately after approval of the Work
Plan and receipt of the appropriate permits. Please do not
hesitate to call if you have any questions regarding this
project.
Sincerely,
Applied GeoSystems
E1rE0C1,4!q rC Cy
John Bailey Bot,nitt
y R.G. 4313
Attachments: Site Vicinity Map, Plate P-1
Generalized Site Plan, Plate P-2 (Amended)
2
APPIled 19,00SYS&OMs
