The purpose of this update is to provide a <br /> second transportation operation for the export; the final destination and <br /> quantity of the CRT glass to be exported in the covered period remains <br /> unchanged . He wanted to notify EHD that ECS <br /> Refining is going through bankruptcy and they have a lot of e-waste , <br /> hazardous waste and bag house waste . He said that DTSC has been out <br /> there . He said that they closed but security is still out there and today there <br /> was someone doing inventory . He said that his contact at the site said that <br /> most likely they will abandon the waste . His contact on site is Don Gieseke <br /> the Bankruptcy Trustee . Don Gieseke told Brian Toledo that the <br /> person from DTSC was named Brennan and was out of Sacramento . <br /> DTSC was at the site the first week of July . <br /> Discussed the complaint with Michelle and Muni .
