The PR0528699 HENRY 60 min company is still going through Bankruptcy proceedings . Brennan said he PE 2256 SC 002 believs most of the Hazardous Waste has been removed from the facility . UW and equipment that needs to be decontaminated remain at the property . I asked Brennan to let us know next time he was going to the property because we would like to go with him . Discussed with Program Coordinator Muniappa . We decided to leave the programs active at this location until full closure . I let LB know they had filed for BK but we had not received any paperwork. She noted it on their records . 05/30/2019 A man , Jon Walker, came to the EHD today representing Metech PR0528699 BACKUS 30 min Recycling , 510 -514 -2225 . He stated that he worked for ECS Refining and PE 2256 SC 002 now wants to handle the CRT glass and flat screens still at the site . He spoke with Rojony Chin at SJC Public Works wanting a " POD" to remove CRTs and flat screens from the ECS site . Rojony mentioned the EHD so Jon came over here asking me to fill out a POD . I asked him to email the details which he' ll do tomorrow . I looked up Proof of Designation ( POD) and found information on the Cal Recycle website . It looks like an authorization to reimburse a company for e-waste cleanup . I discussed with Rojony who said Onsite Recycling has the County contract and PODs are approved at the Board level . 05/31 /2019 Received email from Jon Walker requesting a POD for clean out of this site . PR0528699 BACKUS 30 min I emailed him we don ' t process these forms but will forward to EHD PE 2256 SC 002 management in case we can help . Michelle Henry forwarded the information to DTSC . Returned email to Brennan Ko-Madden , DTSC explaining some details regarding a POD .
