The EHD also <br /> inspected areas where monitoring wells were either previously removed or covered by <br /> new buildings. The EHD has determined that all of the wells have been properly <br /> destroyed or adequately addressed and has no remaining concerns related to the <br /> monitoring wells. <br /> This letter is to advise you that no additional requirements are needed with regard to the <br /> monitoring wells and you may continue with your procedures for the No Further Action <br /> determination. <br /> You may contact Michael Infurna at(209)468-3454 if you have any questions. <br /> Sincerely <br /> Michael J.
