Environmental Protection Agency Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries (40 CFR
Part 312). Any exceptions to, or deletions from, this practice are described in Section 1.3 of
this report. This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the property
except for those previously identified in the Findings section. AEI recommends a subsurface
investigation be conducted in the vicinity of the forklift wash/AST area in order to determine the
extent, if any, of impact the visible staining and former forklift washing practices may have had
on the subsurface of the subject property. Furthermore, if the client requires a greater level of
certainty regarding whether hazardous materials formerly used and stored at the subject
property have adversely impacted the property, addition investigation would be warranted.
Project No. 297376 AE1
June 22, 2011
Page vi
Consultants
