Time In: 8:50 am <br /> Time Out: 9:40 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Wendy's#660 Eight Mile Date: 02/06/2020 <br /> Address: 10512 TRINITY PKWY, STOCKTON 95219 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (559)650-7835 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051581 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> GREASE FIRE AT 7:30AM AT FRYER. HAND HELD EXTINGUISHER TO PUT OUT FIRE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the incident.The manager stated the fire ignited due to a low level <br /> of oil that has been placed inside of the deep fryers. The oil was pumped and placed into a disposal oil container which is <br /> removed professionally. The fire was contained at the deep fryers and reached nothing else,the deep fryers were cleaned <br /> and any residue from the extinguisher was removed.
