The average depth to groundwater in.the monitor
wells was approximately 37.5 feet below the surveyed well collar measuring points (the measuring "oints
P
are slightly below the ground surface). The estimated groundwater gradient for the site on December 18,
2001 was 0,0021 ft/ft to the east and is shown in Figure 5,Appendix A,- u
Table 5 Groundwater Elevation Data
Monitor Well TOC Elevation Depth to Groundwater Groundwater Elevation t
1
MW-I 17.42 . 37,56 .-2. 0.14
MW-2 17.59 r 37.64 -20.05
-MM
W3 I7.16 37.38 -20.22
All measurements are in feet.
* TOC=Top of Casing.
f TOC Elevation:referenced relative to NGS Benchmark HS4399.
6.0 SENSITIVE RECEPTOR SURVEY
Condor conducted a sensitive receptor,.survey within a 2,000-foot radius of the site(study area)to identify
potential areas of groundwater recharge or discharge (surface water bodies), schools, and potential water
Well users that could be impacted.by migration of groundwater from the site. The sensitive receptor
survey consisted of inquiries to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) Central District in
Sacramento, California, contacting public water purveyors, visually inspecting the area within 500 feet of
the site, and interviewing residents located in the site vicinity. DWR well records were cross-referenced
with Assessor's Parcel Maps and city street maps. This process helped identify well records pertaining to
wells estimated to be within the study area. DWR well records may include the well owner's name, awell
location map,the address where the well is located, and a log of the well.
rs
, is - •
CONDOR
