PERMIT UNIT REQUIREMENTS w. I. Particulate matter emissions from any combustion source shall not exceed 0.1 grain&'dscf(calculated to 12% carbon dioxide). [District Rule 4201] 2. The boiler shall only be fired on natural gas. [District Rule 2201] 3. The NOx emissions concentration shall not exceed 30 ppmvd rw. 3% 02 or 0.036 lbs.V1MBTU. The source test plan shall identify which basis will be used to demonstrate compliance. [District Rule 43051 4. CO emissions concentration shall not exceed 400 ppmv, dry, corrected to 3% 02. [District Rule 4305] 5. The PM10 emission concentration shall not exceed 0.014 lb/MMBTU. [District Rule 2201] L. 6. The SOx emission concentration shall not exceed 0.0006 lb/NEIABTU. [District Rule 220I] 7. The VOC emission concentration shall not exceed 0.00281b/MMBTU. [District Rule 2201] v 8. Sampling facilities for source testing shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Rule 1081 (Source Sampling), [District Rule 1081] 9. Source testing to demonstrate compliance with NOx and CO limitations shall be conducted as required by Section 6.3 of Rule 4305: Boilers, Steam Generators, and Process Heaters. [District Rule 4305] 10. Source testing shall be conducted using the methods and procedures approved by the District.The District must be notified 30 days prior to any compliance source test, and a source test plan must be submitted for approval 15 days prior to testing. [District Rule 1081] 11. The results of each source test shall be submitted to the District within 60 days thereafter. [District Rule 108 1] 12. Source testing to measure concentrations of oxides of nitrogen (as NO2) shall be conducted using EPA method 7E or CARB method 100. [District Rule 4305] 13. Source testing to measure concentrations of carbon monoxide(CO)shall be conducted using EPA method 10 or *� CARB method 100. [District Rule 4305] 14. Source testing to measure the stack gas oxygen shall be conducted using EPA methods 3 or 3A. or CARS method 100. [District Rule 4305] 15. The acceptable minimum flue gas recirculation rate shall be established by testing emissions from this unit or other representative units as approved by the District. The acceptable flue gas recirculation rate shall be the minimum flue low gas recirculation rate with which compliance with applicable NOx and CO emissions limits have been demonstrated through source testing at a similar firing rate.
