Experienced environmental <br /> 4.. professionals perforin assessments and audits that provide a standard of care consistent with industry <br /> practice and employ guidelines developed by the ASTM. <br /> Patsy Gonzalez performed the site investigation under the direct supervision of David K. Wood, Condor <br /> Environmental Services Manager and a California Registered Geologist. Mr. Wood has 10 years <br /> Environmental Site Assessment experience. Mr. Wood also possesses a California General Engineering"A" <br /> Contractors license with a Hazardous Substance Removal and Remediation Certificate. Specific certificates <br /> of registration and additional qualifications and references for the above professionals and others that <br /> worked on the project are available on request. <br /> 14.0 QUALIFICATIONS OF GEOTECHNICAL PROFESSIONALS <br /> Condor has over 15 years of experience in the performance of Geotechnical Engineering Studies and <br /> Geohazard Reports for private companies, developers, and public agencies. Experienced geotechnical <br /> professionals perform field exploration and historical document research, and make engineering <br /> recommendations that provide a standard of care consistent with industry practice that employ guidelines <br /> developed by the ASTM,UBC, and Title 24. <br /> Chris Yarnell performed the geohazard assessment under the direct supervision of Marc R. Crum, a <br /> Nagoe California Registered Geologist and Certified Engineering Geologist.
