Experienced environmental <br /> 4.. professionals perforin assessments and audits that provide a standard of care consistent with industry <br /> practice and employ guidelines developed by the ASTM. <br /> Patsy Gonzalez performed the site investigation under the direct supervision of David K. Experienced geotechnical <br /> professionals perform field exploration and historical document research, and make engineering <br /> recommendations that provide a standard of care consistent with industry practice that employ guidelines <br /> developed by the ASTM,UBC, and Title 24. <br /> Chris Yarnell performed the geohazard assessment under the direct supervision of Marc R.
