Installation of one angle soil boring to total depth of 27 feet below surface grade (bsg) under <br /> the location of tank excavation soil sample TW-13. Soil samples for analysis will be collected at <br /> 5-foot intervals. The boring will be sealed with neat cement following completion of drilling. <br /> 2. Installation of one groundwater monitoring well to approximate total depth of 39 feet bsg, with <br /> a 15-foot screen interval. The well will be located in the predominant downgradient direction <br /> from the location of TW-13. Soil samples for analysis will be collected at 5-foot Intervals. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The EHD approves analyzing soil and groundwater samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> as gasoline and diesel only, except as needed for disposal purposes. All soil samples from the <br /> tank removal were reported non-detect for all other constituents analyzed. <br /> 2. Please proceed with submittal of a San Joaquin County Well Permit Application and fees. <br /> 3. A report of findings must be submitted to SJC/EHD within 60 days following completion of all <br /> fieldwork, and must include all manifests documenting the disposal of contaminated soil. <br /> 4.
