PHS/EHD has enclosed a
Clean-up Fund application for your information.
PHS/EHD has suggested that Unocal contact you and suggests that you do the same. Bob
Boust is the Unocal representative responsible for 437 Miner Avenue and he can be reached
at (510) 277-2334.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss these sites further, please do not hesitate to
contact Mary Meays at (209) 468-0337.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Mary Meays, Senl REHS Diane M.
