In the Request, Arcadis stated that the site meets all criteria outlined in <br /> the Low Threat Closure Policy (LTCP) and recommended the site for closure. However, after <br /> review and discussion with the Regional Water Quality Control Board it was concluded that <br /> with the additional information noted below submitted to the EHD, closure consideration and <br /> evaluation can be completed.
