In accordance with the wishes of your <br /> offices as outline'd in the letter of November 25, 1986, I am <br /> sending you : 1) a check for $35 for the permit fee , and 2) a <br /> copy of encroachment permit #87-001 , issued by the City of Tracy <br /> for the work that, KEI has proposed. <br /> Once a drilling date has been scheduled, KEI will notify your <br /> office. In addition, KEI will contact. U. S.
