All <br /> comments or objections received by this date will be considered in the tentative waste <br /> discharge requirements. <br /> A public hearing may be held upon the request of any interested person. After <br /> considering comments or objections, the Board may issue the waste discharge <br /> requirements. <br /> Anyone having questions on regarding this matter should contact Mr. Alexander <br /> MacDonald at (916) 361-5626.
