CA0082830 <br /> FOR <br /> MOBIL OIL CORPORATION <br /> FORMER MOBIL STATION 10-NP4 <br /> GROUND WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM DISCHARGE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Specific sample station locations have been established under direction of the Board's <br /> staff, and a description of the stations is attached to this Order. <br /> INFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Influent samples shall be collected after the last connection before the wastes enter <br /> the treatment process. Influent samples should be representative of the volume and <br /> nature of the influent. The following shall constitute the effluent monitoring <br /> program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Type of _Sample Fri <br /> Total Petroleum <br /> Hydrocarbons' Vg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> r Benzene' µg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Ethylbenzene' µg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Toluene' µg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Xylene' µg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> 1 By EPA Method 8015, Modified (GCFID, EPA 5030) . <br /> ' By EPA Method 602, or an equivalent method. <br /> EFFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Effluent samples shall be collected downstream from the last connection through which <br /> wastes can be admitted into the outfall . Effluent samples should be representative of <br /> the volume and quality of the discharge. Time of collection of samples shall be <br /> recorded.
