Grant Line <br /> Tracy, CA <br /> The former Mobil Service Station #10-NP4 at 2375 N.Tracy Blvd.,Tracy.CA,has conducted a groundwater <br /> investigation associated with an unauthorized release documented in 1986. A number of groundwater <br /> monitoring wells have been completed on-site and off-site in order to determine the full extent of <br /> contamination, but zero lines have not been defined. <br /> In a report prepared by Mobil's consultant, Alton Geoscience, Inc. stated, "Based on the hydrogeologic <br /> conditions in the area and results of the field activities and laboratoryanalyses, there are potentially three <br /> Ys � P Y <br /> (3) hydrocarbon contaminant plumes in the vicinity of the site that have co-mingled: one on-site on the <br /> northeast corner of the former Mobil property; one adjacent to the Exxon property; and one adjacent to the I <br /> Chevron property." <br /> In order to fully define the extent of the groundwater contamination in the area, this office is continuing <br /> to seek the cooperation of the involved parties to characterize each contamination plume. Please submit a <br /> Preliminary Report (PR) for 574 W.
